1. General Information
This site serves as a platform for purchasing food products, including pastrami, deli meats, and related products.

Placing an order on the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer.

The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, at its sole discretion.

2. Order Cancellation Conditions
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and current regulations in Israel, perishable products, including fresh food products, pastrami, and deli meats, cannot be canceled after their delivery to the customer, except in the event of a product defect or non-conformity with the order.

The customer can cancel an order as long as it has not been prepared or shipped, by contacting the site's customer service.

In case of cancellation before preparation or shipment, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After the delivery of food products, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or return the products, due to their perishable nature and health sensitivity.

3. Liability for Defective Products
The company undertakes to provide fresh products, in good condition, and fit for consumption.

In case of receiving a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, the customer must inform customer service as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receiving the product.

After reviewing the request, the company may, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • Product replacement

  • Refund

  • Provision of an alternative product

The company may ask the customer to provide a photo of the product or return it for verification.

4. Delivery Times
When placing an order, the customer can choose the delivery date from the available dates in the system.

Delivery will be made within a time slot between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the chosen day.

The company will do its utmost to meet the chosen delivery date, however, delays beyond its control may occur.

In case of exceptional delay, the company will contact the customer to inform them or agree on a new date.

5. Privacy Protection
The company respects the privacy of its customers and undertakes to protect the personal information provided when using the site.

Customer data will only be used for processing orders, coordinating delivery, and providing services.

The company undertakes not to transfer, sell, or share customer data with third parties, except when necessary for the execution of the order (such as delivery companies or payment services) or in accordance with the law.

The company implements standard security measures to protect customers' personal data.
